Since 1996, Balila Products (Pasta y Basta), has specialized
in manufacturing gourmet pasta following traditional Italian
recipes and strict hygiene controls. We make a complete line
of handmade pasta, from stuffed pasta, such as ravioli, to fettucini,
spaghetti and other authentic shapes and flavors. Pasta y Basta
is leader in the handmade pasta category in every market chain
of the country, reflected in the large variety of products available,
adding up to almost 30 different options. We also offer for
foodservice bulk presentations, and are constantly concerned
with meeting our client’s expectations, developing new
products such as gourmet ready-to-eat pasta servings.
